Scheduling:

Advance appointments help to assure availability and convenience for you.  We also accept same day  and walk-in appointments.  We ask that 24 hour notice be given when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Payment of Services:

Services are paid directly to the individual stylist or therapist. Cash or check is a preferred from of payment for services. We also accept VISA and  MasterCard for multiple services, merchandise or Gift Certificates.  A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required when scheduling a multiple service or spa package.

Gift Certificates:

Columbia Gorge Salon & Spa gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.  All gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.  We are not responsible for lost of stolen gift certificates.

Relaxing Environment:

As a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that all clients maintain a quiet level of conversation in our spa area.  Please turn cell phones and pagers down to a lower volume.  We ask that children under the age of 12 not accompany you for your time of relaxation.

Tuesday—Friday     9 am—7 pm

Saturday                  9 am—4 pm

Sunday                    Closed
